Placing Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is subject to the following terms:
- Vyve reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion
- Your order is not accepted until Vyve confirms acceptance via email
- We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted
- Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Vyve may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email when we accept your order. This email will include:
- Order number
- Items purchased
- Total amount charged
- Estimated delivery timeframe
Order Changes and Cancellations
Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@vyveco.com. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in fulfillment.
Modifications: Once an order is placed, we cannot modify shipping addresses, payment methods, or product selections. If you need to make changes, you must cancel the order (within 24 hours) and place a new order.
Order Issues
In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Returns and Exchanges
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, which can be viewed at vyveco.com/policies/refund-policy.
Important Terms:
- 60 Days Satisfaction Guarantee: You have 60 days from purchase to request a refund
- Store Credit Only: All refunds are issued as store credit (never expires, can be used on any purchase)
- Contact Required: You must contact us at support@vyveco.com before returning any items
- Return Authorization Required: You must receive an RA (Return Authorization) number before shipping returns
- Customer Pays Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Unopened Products Only: Due to health and safety regulations, opened or consumed supplements cannot be returned

Personal Use Only
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Pricing
- Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice
- The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email
- Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges
- Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties
Promotions
We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
Subscription Products
If you purchase a subscription product:
Billing Terms:
- You will be charged automatically at the frequency you selected (monthly, etc.)
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle
- Subscription prices are locked in at the time of subscription, unless you are notified otherwise
Cancellation Terms:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard at "My Account" → "Manage Subscriptions"
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment
- Important: Subscriptions do not automatically cancel when you request a refund - you must manually cancel through your account
- Even if you receive store credit for a past order, your subscription will continue unless you manually cancel it
Subscription Management:
- Log in to your account at vyveco.com
- Navigate to "My Account" → "Manage Subscriptions"
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel or modify
- Follow the prompts to complete your changes

Payment Information
You agree to:
- Provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores
- Promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed
You represent and warrant that:
- The credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete
- You are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase
- Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company
- You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Chargebacks
Important Chargeback Policy:
24-Hour Window:
- Chargebacks are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order for any reason
- This gives you time to cancel if you made a mistake or changed your mind
After 24 Hours:
- Please contact us at support@vyveco.com to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback
- We can usually resolve concerns faster than the chargeback process
- Most issues are resolved within 48 business hours
- You have a generous 60 days satisfaction guarantee through our standard refund process
Consequences of Illegitimate Chargebacks:
Filing a chargeback more than 24 hours after purchase without contacting customer support may result in:
- Your account being suspended
- Loss of eligibility for store credit or future refunds
- Dispute of the chargeback claim
- Account information being flagged in fraud prevention systems
We Want to Help: We genuinely want to resolve any billing concerns. Give us the chance to make things right before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping Estimates
- All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
- Estimated delivery times begin from the date of order confirmation, not the date of order placement
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method selected, and carrier performance
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Customs processing or import restrictions
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you
- Events outside our control (force majeure)
Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses you provided
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Delays caused by address corrections
International Shipping
For international orders:
- You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees
- Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
- We are not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs
Risk of Loss
Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.
Free Shipping
When free shipping is offered:
- It applies to standard shipping methods only
- Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost
- Free shipping thresholds and restrictions may apply

- Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify
- All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that:

Vyve is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Vyve.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Vyve
- Shopify is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services
- You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Vyve

- You must immediately cease all use of the Services
- All licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease
Survival
The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

To the extent permitted by law, you and Vyve waive any right to a jury trial of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
SECTION 22 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@vyveco.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration Terms:
- The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California
- The arbitration shall be conducted in English
- Each party shall bear its own costs and fees
- The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
- Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction
Exceptions to Arbitration:
- Small claims court actions (under $10,000)
- Claims for injunctive or equitable relief
- Intellectual property disputes
Class Action Waiver
